Built for Tomorrow's Money.

Global payments infrastructure for the stablecoin era.

Our mission

Bring stablecoins into everyday life for the next billion people through familiar financial products.

Business Overview

  • Connecting stablecoins with everyday finance. Founded in 2019, Interlace provides global payments infrastructure that connects stablecoin funds with familiar financial products, including stablecoin cards, bank-account services and global payouts. The platform serves the everyday financial needs of consumers and the cross-border operating needs of businesses.
  • Serving platforms and enterprises. Interlace enables wallets, exchanges and fintech platforms to offer financial products under their own brands, while also serving businesses directly. Customers access its infrastructure through APIs, a web portal or white-label solutions, bringing their existing users and payment needs onto the platform.
  • An established and growing business. Revenue reached US$19.8M in January–July 2026, up 46% year over year. Card revenue increased 91% to US$17.9M while card TPV increased 42% to US$800M. As of 31 July 2026, Interlace had issued 8.15M cards across API and direct channels and served 262 API customers, including 172 monthly active API customers.
  • Building a broader financial platform. Interlace is expanding the range of payment and financial services available to its customers across accounts, payouts, local acceptance and treasury. Management forecasts US$54.7M in revenue for 2026 compared with US$32.2M in 2025.

Investment Highlights

A large market for more accessible, connected financial services

Cross-border payments generated approximately US$290B in global revenue in 2025, according to McKinsey. Separately, World Bank data show that approximately 900 million adults have a mobile phone but no financial account. Interlace's opportunity is to connect stablecoin funds with familiar financial products, addressing cross-border payment needs while helping its customers bring everyday financial services to a broader population.

Building for the everyday payments of the next billion people

Interlace is building infrastructure to serve the everyday payment needs of the next billion people, alongside the operating needs of businesses. Through wallets, exchanges and fintech partners, it enables consumers to use familiar products for shopping, travel, subscriptions and other daily spending. Consumer card spend reached US$128.5M in January–July 2026, with average monthly spend in May–July approximately 38% above February–April. Across total card spend, restaurants, travel agencies, specialty retail, hotels and grocery retail grew from 5.2% in January to 18.3% in July. These results show an expanding consumer use case alongside the enterprise business.

API infrastructure built to support customers as they scale

Interlace's APIs give customers control over card issuance, funding, spending limits and reporting, supported by authorization, risk, settlement and reconciliation capabilities. Integrating these functions gives customers an operating foundation for launching and expanding financial products. By July 2026, Interlace served 172 monthly active API customers, with 4.12M cumulative cards issued through API clients; API partners accounted for approximately 83% of new card issuance in January–July. This adoption demonstrates the role of Interlace's technology in customer payment programs.

Financial-network access backed by operating experience

Delivering financial products requires both technology and the ability to coordinate banks, card networks, compliance providers and settlement operations. Interlace combines these relationships with years of payment-program experience, including direct Visa Principal Membership in Hong Kong. This combination provides an operating foundation for customers to launch and expand across supported markets.

Connecting both sides of payments into a continuous flow of funds

Interlace serves both the businesses receiving money and the consumers and enterprises spending it. By connecting merchant acquiring, collections, pay-ins, accounts, cards and payouts, the platform aims to support the full journey of funds: money received can be held or converted, spent with merchants, or paid to suppliers and other recipients. The opportunity is to connect these activities within the Interlace ecosystem, enabling receipts to fund subsequent payments and supporting repeated activity, retained balances and deeper customer relationships.
